the Swimming Pool
The outdoor pool is located in the centre of the hill; its structure defines our entire accommodation offering, providing a precious and peaceful backdrop to your stay. The pool, which is properly paved, measures 5 x 11 m. and is chlorine-free (i.e. it uses electrolysis), allowing you to enjoy an energising swim as soon as the weather permits. It offers a hydromassage area for 4 people and the possibility of swimming against the current. Access is permitted to adults or accompanied minors.

We are ready to meet all your expectations for festive occasions connected with food, together with you or for you, according to your needs, using the dedicated barbecue area.
Trekking and Walking
Taking a relaxing walk in the surrounding area or, depending on your preferences, a more vigorous trek along the forest trails, starting directly from your accommodation, is easier done than said! What you see outside your door, from the tree-covered peaks, invites you to put on some light hiking boots and explore the surrounding hillsides: just ask us for all the information you need. Just 15 minutes away are the sulphurous springs of Lu Vurghe, small natural thermal baths that are free to use, and not far from there are the Forcella waterfalls. Just 30 minutes away, you can reach both La Gola Dell'Infernaccio and the Prata and Volpara waterfalls. You can choose the difficulty of the route (there is even a circular route, about half an hour long, entirely within the property, waiting for you...). Wild animals such as roe deer and wild boar, the typical vegetation of the Central Apennines and the crisp, clear air of the hills that become mountains: everything contributes to the feeling of an immersive immersion in greenery, in a habitat that changes with the seasons (by the way: we are open all year round!).
